Level 2 price change code for plu's casio tk6500

I need to change the prices in level 2 of a Casio TK6500 for all my plu's. I thought that it would be a simple case of using the same code as level 1, but in level 2. Sadly it changes the prices in level 1. Can you help with the programme code for level 2?

Hi.
This is the rare model without the flipover keyboard, so it is more difficult. You will usually find the second level of PLUs are numbered directly after the first level, so if you have 108 PLUs on the first level, then level 2 will start from PLU109. If you want to be sure, print out the PLU prices using program 6 mode. The instructions should be in the prog manual. Let me know if you still have trouble.

This is a dealer function. Casio don't release this information on the internet because it can aid fraud. You can do the programming yourself if you get the dealer manual. C-tech have one here:

How do i programme/set new plu prices for a casio ce 3700

Are you sure you are using PLUs? The machine comes with departments on the keyboard as tsandard. If you are calling PLUs up by PLU number then you will need PLU programming. Otherwise, you need to set department prices. -----------------------------------------------------------------------

Yes, u need to do it in PGM3 to change price for scanning PLU. The PGM1 is for Normal PLU price change.

Of course , u can use Casio CV-10 software to do the price change too.

I have a casio te4500f, problem changing prices

I know its been about 2 weeks in coming, but this is really easy to do. Generally casio does all its pricing from P1(program1 to get there turn the key to PGM). The machine will recognize the position of the key and automatically go to P1. Once there you can enter a price without decimals and press the button that you want that price on. That is providing the PLU's are set up. The PLU's are the items that you sell like hamburger, milk, coke etc. When done press subtotal and turn your key back to REG and keep on pluggin!!!!!

TK 1550 casio

Hi.
I haven't worked with the 1550, but most Casios are the same.
Try this:

Turn key to program.
Press 0
Press the PLU that you want to set as open priced.
Press SUBTOTAL

That will set the price as 0 for that PLU. Now we set the feature for that PLU to allow manual pricing.

Leave key on program.
3
SUBTOATL
0
Press the PLU again
SUBTOTAL

Try that. If you had tax set to that PLU, you may need to set it again.

Levl 2 PLU price change

You can't select a level 2 without doint level 1 as well, they get programmed together so program level 1 first, then enter level 2 and finish the procedure as you would finish the level 1. Hope this helps.
