Error 32:11 means, unloading mechanism time out. It is bit technical term.

its remedy is to remove battery / charger from camera and attache again and try to eject tape.

still no joy, let me know to help you more..

This site was pay site before then it turns into a joke, I have no interest to assist any more for free, sorry.
Take the camera in repair shop and let the tech do his job.

When turning on to vcr or camera, camera beeps repeatly

Sounds like the camera ATE THE TAPE will not eject, fastforward, or rewind.. This will need to be repaired , worse case a belt slipped or something got misalligned inside, I would recommend a camera shop so you can save the tape otherwise digging into this yourself could stirr up more issues in the long run. Please do be considerate of facts here that we cannot see your unit and this error is because the tape got ATE or something got jammed.

Thanks please do leave some feedback and ratings for your free answer today.

When i try to use my camcorder there's a flashing light with the eject symbol and it wont record or let me use the video

Flashing eject sign error appears when camcorder got problem in its mechanism, please put another tape and check.
Remove battery from camcorder for couple of minutes, put battery back and try.
Also observe does tape reels turns reverse and forward when tape loaded in mechanism.
If problem still exist, qualified camera tech will fix it because it is not user level repair.

The no tape and eject symbols are flashing at the same time.

Those signs means Record tab on tape is ON, eject tape and check record tab and make sure to set it on Record position.

Try smacking the side of the camera relatively hard with the palm of your hand. Eject the tape and reinsert. You may need to do this a couple of times.
