ZANUSSI ZWF1421 NOT TAKING CONDITIONER

You have a blockage in the soap dispenser
Remove the dispenser completely from the m/c, and wash and thoroughly clean every piece of it
Get a stiff piece of wire, make a hook at one end, and poke it into all the holes you can see at the top of the soap dispenser housing.
This is to clear any blockage here, which can prevent the water taking down the conditioner.
