According to this page, the Yingtai D100 is works over GSM in 800 and 1800 MHz.

AT&T services works over 850 and 1900 MHz.

It seems that your phone won't work with at&t. You still could use on the T-Mobile network (900 and 1900 MHz).

Nice phone by the way!

Good luck!

Get you sim checked in another same model device may be the sin is ghot faulty or it needs any code to be entered in the device after u enter the sim in the device.or it can be internal problem of the device.remove and check where u insert the sim try cleaning that area.or u can contact the service center for this fault in your card.

if the unit has a sim lock, and you try to use other network SIM, it is not possible it will work, you have to unlock / open line the phone first.

Here in Finland, you need a PUK-code to open the sim card. You can get it via calling to your tele company. Atlest that's how it works here in Finland.

enter #pw+(imei 15 digit no) +1. it makes your phone code off. but press only without sim and sometime it need with sim card.it is 100% safe! It is very easy and safe to unlock your phone using unlock codes, in fact this is how the networks themselves unlock their customers handsets.

First of all, check your battery, if possible try to power on using another battery, clean the battery connector. Remove sim card and memory card, and then boot it again. I hope it's not waterlogged. You'll also need to check the firmware, there're number of solutions as well as number of causes. Give a try with the battery as the priority. Good luck.

You will need to call your service provider (not the phone maker)and tell them you need the code and red the # off the sim card when ask to do so.

My D100 will not accept CF cards

You can always try the reset button. It is under the flap where the USB/Video out/ and power connector is. It is just above the power connector.

N73:call not allowed

If the owner of the phone lost it or had it stolen, they can have the phone blocked, using the IMEI (International Mobile Equipment Identity) number. If that’s the case the phone can only be unblocked by a repair shop.
The SIM card is blocked because the person who's phone it was, doesn't want to pay for calls made by someone else. So the SIM card is never going to work again.

Blacklisting:
This is not a security code, but it works like one! To help combat mobile phone thefts, the networks share a database of the IMEI (International Mobile Equipment Identity) of mobile phones that have been reported stolen. Once a phone is on this list, it will not be allowed to use any of the networks.
This can be a risk if you buy a second-hand phone, because if it has been stolen, or if an unscrupulous seller makes an insurance claim after selling, the phone you bought in good faith may be permanently disabled.
Be very careful to check the source of a second-hand phone!
