My Wolf gas range has a bulid up of grease on the back splash, cook top, and burner area that I just can't seem to get really clean. Any suggestions?

Generally speaking, burners on a gas cooktop are subject to 'bluing' because they are in direct contact with a flame. The 'bluing' is easy to remove with a soft blue steelo type pad which is available from most supermarkets.
