I've changed the thermostat a couple of times, core not leaking,..When I put the fan on to blow in the two low settings, barely any warm air comes out, but it is a little warm...when I put the fan on high, it is all cold air...In cold temperatures, this is too hard to take...What could be the problem?
Temperature on the gauge goes to the middle, where it should be....No problems with overheating etc... My Jeep is really a 1997 TJ Sport, but the products below didn't have that so I picked the next one closest to my Jeep..
SOURCE: I recently had the heater core replaced on my 2000
I would return the vehicle to where the work was done. It sounds like something such as the blend door was not reinstalled properly, or something wasn't reconnected properly.

Same problem after changing thermostat On 99-2000 Jeep TJ
Topped up coolant and still only Luke warm air...? could be air trapped in the hose close to firewall I was told.. But I think the Blend door is the answer
Dials are circular in cab not like the rod switches in the older Tj
I have the same problem. Auto Zone told me to check to see if both heater hoses are hot, only one is. He said something about a switch that may be bad?? or is the core clogged? How can I tell what it is? It's 5 degrees here today and this is begining to be a problem. I just bought this 3 weeks ago. I love this Jeep. 1999 Cherokee
