- I have a flatbed scanner with model no written as 6678-OWI.I am unable to use it because probably i do not have the software CD.
For ONLY one time i could scan a document using the scanner option from the control panel, later that option of scanning a doc or picture is also not showing in the control panel.
Please advise.
