Windows 7 replaced outlook with live mail. go into windows live mail and you can set up to have it use your outlook express account. it will ask you for your username and password and will automatically set up your inbox under this new feature.
Most often this problem occurs when your internet service provider (ISP) blocks their sending port from use by other servers.
Example: If your internet service provider is bellsouth for example and your outgoing mail server is set to mail.yahoo.com or smtp.yahoo.com or mail.yourdomainname.com etc.... it may be getting blocked by bellsouth. The do this to avoid spammers from using their systems.
To fix it, contact your internet service provider and ask what your outgoing mail server should be. For Bellsouth it would be mail.bellsouth.net. Replace your outgoing mail server information with the information provided by your ISP and all should work well.
Outlook > Tools > E-mail accounts
Remove the offending account.
Obviously you will also have to add a new account for Outlook to work...
New service provider should have instructions on their web site regarding necessary settings.
hello in this case you need to create a new profile by going on control panel - mail - show profiles- add and when you click on next it will prompt you like you wanna connect with microsoft exchange or internet service select internet and follow the instruction you were al set after that

Check if you are able to recieve e-mails?
Try to check the mail using a browser(internet explorer). check whether that domain is under blocked list or not. Click on mail options and go to blocked domain list. check in your mails as well as your sister's mail.
You can also check the blocked list in outlook :
click tools menu -> select options -> preferences tab ->click junk mail button-> click blocked senders tab -> check for any domains listed there.
