No power on KitchenAid (KUDr01tj) dishwasher

Dishwasher ran last night and appears to have not completed the cycle. Water in bottom of washer and no power on control panel. Same problem about a month ago - replacing the fuse resolved problem but appears to have happened again. Any thoughts on what to replace next? I'm thinking the heating element - I'm supposing that since it's the biggest power draw in the box that it's going intermittent...

Very similar problem, but happening each time we try to run unit after putting in new fuse. When turn power off to circuit then take out & reinsert the new fuse again, it seems to work, then stops mid cycle again leaving no power to unit and water in the bottom.

I appear to have power but the bottons don'e work. I just noticed today that there was water in the bottoms so it must have also gone through a partial cycle. If it is the fuse, where is it located?

Hello & Welcome to FixYa

Dishwasher not draining completely problem usually occurs due to clogged/blocked drain hose-filter assembly or the drain pump not working. First try to clean the drain hose and drain pump filter located inside the front bottom panel for any clogs, then check drain pump operation. Take off the bottom access panel to clean the drain pump filter and hose. If the problem returns after cleaning then it is the drain pump that needs replacement. Please get back to me if you have any other questions.

Detergent is left undisolved in bottom of washer when cycle is completed. Water pressure is correct. No cloged pipe. What is happening? No excess detergent. Kitchen Aid dishwasher. Imperial 21 series

I have the kitchenaid KUDK03CTSS3 dishwasher with the same problem, it doesn't take the detergent. Have you been successful in finding a solution?

KitchenAid KUDR01TJ Dishwasher Cleaning Problem

Sinder...this sounds more like a water temperature issue than anything else. First, turn on your hot tap. If you can't hold your hand under it after it fully heats (over 125)...you should be okay. If not, raise your water temp or use the sani cycle to raise the temp. Change brands of detergent. Salt...I don't think so. You're using detergent...not soap...which would have been affected. Pressure should not be an issue...once the unit is filled, it makes its own pressure recirculating with the wash pump.
