MY 32LC7D tv when shut off takes its time to turn back on but now when i tried to turn it back on the green light constantly blinks and no matter if i unplug it the green light automatically comes bac

Televisions now are equipped with a diagnostic circuit that send a low voltage , low frequency signal throughout your set when you turn it on. This is to detect any problems with the circuitry and protect the good circuits.. It started out with a component that wasn't working properly but finally returned the signal. With continued use the component finally burnt out and now your set is going into standby mode. The blinking Green light is a code X amounts = a certain problem. Look up the make and model on the internet and it will give what 2 blinks, three blinks, etc means.. It could be anywhere in the set but the blinks will pin point to the board more than likely. Probably in your power board and if you are lucky it is just capacitors which you can replace yourself if you are a DIY 'er. Check out their web site and find out what your problem is first. Good luck!

More specific, please ! Finally, did you replaced all bad capacitors or only replaced the power supply unit ? Because there are many other capacitors on other places that can be damaged.
Sure, the problem seems to be from one of the capacitors, but you have to know how to find the damaged one (and with the proper instrument will be more easy). Howewer, to buy a good instrument is more expensive than to service your TV set (my opinion). Plus guaranty.

After a power shutdown the television will not power on. The green light blinks forever.

Bad electrolytic capacitors. 50+ surface mount type (10uf, 47uf, etc.) and about 15 radial (1000uf). The surface mount caps require precision and plenty of skill to not ruin the board.

Takes a while to open after i start up my computer , for about 3-5 min the power light just blinks, while the screen stays shut until the screen finally opens and the power light stops blinking. Help me...

This could be a problem with the video output on your desktop, check with another monitor and see how long it takes for it to display when booting up.
Or this could be a problem with the monitor, these monitors after they age a few years some start to have the bulging capacitor problem. You can check for this by opening the monitor up and visually checking the capacitors for bulging.
To see what bulging capacitors look like check here.

That webpage also has tutorials on replacing bad capacitors.

My ViewSonic VX924 flashes the green power light off and on when I try to turn it back on after it has been off for a while. I can get it to work again by disconnecting the power in the back then...

I had several monitors do this. They start blinking on and off for a while until they warm up. It takes longer and longer for them to warm up, then eventually they never stay on and blink forever. In my experience, it has been the capacitors on the power circuit. You can fix it with a little soldering and about $1 worth of capacitors. For photos and a guide, look here: Fix an LCD Monitor
