Question about T-Mobile Dash Smartphone
Youll have to reset it. with the phone turned off, press the two soft keys and hold them down. soft keys are the buttons with the lines on them located below the screen. as youre holding down the soft keys, you need to press the power button. it will start to power up then go to a black screen with white writing. press the send key. the phone will reboot.
careful, because this reset will delete all personal data and set everything to manufacturer default....good luck!
