2003 Jeep Liberty. Turn Signal (libtey Trun single)

Question edited for funky spellings :>D

As Brett says, it might be a faulty turn signal switch. It may also be bad grounds somewhere. It does appear to be a known issue, and there are some other ideas here.

How do I fix problem with my right side low beam headlight on 2007 jeep Liberty

Check the wiring on that light. Also check the bulb with a couple of wires to the battery, or swap the bulb left to right to make sure the new bulb is okay.

Where is the flasher relay located on a 2002 jeep

It is not the relay, you have a defective bulb on the side that is not.

Jeep Liberty 2002 - I get a fast blink on the left turn signal (but a normal blink on the right). Where is the flasher located?

Normally when this happens you have a blown bulb on either the front or rear the fast blink is because with only one bulb working the flasher clicks it faster less of a load means faster blink.

Neither turn signals work on jeep liberty 2006 sport

Signals are now controlled by a module on the right side of the steering column under the dash. Before doing anything yourself, bring it to the attention of the guys that did the rear...This problem can happen at any time but they may have disconnected a harness or ground while working, so give them a chance first to correct it.
