The Wiimotes have a small red button next to the batteries, and the Wii itself has a red button under the SD card panel; press these simultaneously while your Wii is powered on, and then press A on your Wiimote. That should do it.
If you are using an hdmi cable make sure it is fully pushed into the tv and console, if this is not the case comment with a bit more info, wireless or wired new or old controller, intermittent or constant fault, we may be able to help you more.
hi, the problem you are having is going to be with the control or the control port on the ps2 what you need to do is either try another pad or try your pad in another ps1 or ps2 this way you would find out if the pad was at fault or the ps2 was at fault.
The chances are changing the pad would solve your problem.
Let me know how you get on or if you need further assistance ok
Underneath the battery cover on the Wiimote there is a small red or black button, on the Wii console by the SD card slot there is a red button. Press theb utton on the Wii console and then the button on the controller and that will sync that controller to the Wii console.
This is a common fault with the 360, it sounds as if your 360 has overheated at some point and caused some damage to the solder pads. what happens is when the console overheats the mainboard warps and breaks the solder joint causing such problems as this.
and with it freezing its more than likely a memory issue. if you are ok with doing the fix yourself i would strip the console down and get a heatgun and put it onto setting no2. then go over the memory chips in a circular motion for about 10 minutes, all the time keeping the heatgun 2-3 inches away to stop it from damaging the board. this should fix this problem. if you still need help we can be contacted at www.fixmyconsole.co.uk
You most likely have something in your home (or outside your home) that's interfering with the Bluetooth signal that the Wii uses to communicate with the Wii Remotes. Wireless phones and even microwave ovens can do this. I had some issues from a lamp that was too close to the TV, and I get all kinds of problems still when trying to play when bright sunlight is coming into the room. Good luck!
