Question about Xerox WorkCentre M-24 Color Copier
Networked Xerox WorkCentre M-24, new Dell Studio 540 running Vista Home Premium does not recognize driver downloaded from Xerox drivers webpage ( http://www.support.xerox.com/go/getfile.asp?Xlang=en_US&XCntry=USA&objid=65948&EULA=0&prodID=WCM24&Family=WorkCentre&ripId=&langs=English%20(US)&plats=Windows%20Vista&Xtype=download&uType)
Called Xerox support and when I told operator that this was a networked printer/scanner she said this was beyond their technical expertise!
