Throughout the day two of us were using my laptop - Windows and
Mozilla. I went to close everything out and both the mouse and
keyboard froze and the following message appeared:
Windows: "Other people are logged on to this computer.
shutting down windows might cause them to lose data. Do you want
to continue shutting down?" I clicked "Yes" and that's when it
froze.
I'm not real computer savvy so all I really knew how to do was
control-alt-delete which did nothing. Esc did nothing
either. Can someone help me?

If you wish to increase the speed or change any other settings click on the Settings button.
Click Apply and then close out of the box.
After performing the above steps you will be able to used the numeric keypad as a mouse moving up, down, left, right, and all the diagonals. In addition you may also use the center "5" key as a left click.
Note: You must have the Number lock on for this feature to work by default. This can be changed through he settings.
