I want to 82945g sound drive

82945G refers to Intel 945G motherboard chipset.
The Intel 82945G is the Northbridge chip part number.

It's used along with the Intel 82801GB , or also known as ICH7;
Southbridge chip,

You need the Audio (Sound) Driver.

Driver: Small piece of software that allows the Operating System to communicate with a device.

The device is the audio chipset; do not know what Windows operating system you are using.

What I need is the motherboard manufacturer name, and model number;
Computer manufacturer name and model number.

This is on the back of a desktop computer, usually close to the Windows product key; or up on the side of the computer tower.

Is it an Intel D945G something motherboard?
Intel D945GCCR, or D945GCR, or D945GCZ, or along those lines?

If you cannot find the info, then what is the audio (Sound) chipset on the motherboard?

Creative? Realtek? Conexant?

Also what is the number with it?
Example; Creative CT5807

Also what Operating System are you using? What version of Windows?

Post back in a Comment.

What is the sound driver and vga driver

A driver is what makes the software work with your system. Occasionally, the drivers become outdated due to changes in programs related to your software. When this happens, you will need to update your drivers, preferrably from the site of the manufacturer of the software. The sound driver, is responsible for making it possible for the sound coming into your system to be transformmed into a format for your listening. The VGA driver(video graphics) does the same thing but, for your viewing. If you think your drivers are out of date, I can try to provide you with the sites for your downloads. You have given me he chipset for an Intel board so, you may be able to update your VGA here:
What you can do with this is two things. You can let Intel scan your system by clicking on the "Run Intel Driver Update Utility" tab, and let Intel make suggestions for your Intel products or:
You can do a manual download by scrolling on the window on right and picking your operating system, clicking on that and scroll down to the most recent video driver.
Without the make and model of you computer and/or a amke and model of your motherboard, I have to take a guess at you sound driver. Intel used Realtek, more than anyone else so you can try here:
You can try the High Def and, the AC97 downloads. If you can give me the number requested, I can more than likelt give you more assistance.

Hi tushar_bhavs, all Intel motherboards start with the letter ( D ).
Please click on this Intel link & find which motherboard is yours'.

You can find the correct model number either printed on the motherboard or typed on a sticker in-between the wihte PCI slots. Check all sides of all slots including the IDE slots. If your motherboard came in a case (Pre-assembled) the model number may be found on the case. Every Intel is a little different. Once you find the correct Intel model number, use the link above & click on its link. Choose your operating system from Intel.
Creat a folder on your desktop & name the folder Audio. Download the sound driver software into the audio folder.
TIP: Enter your Bios & make sure the Audio is set to [Enabled] or [Realtek] depending which MB you have.

If you still need help post your issue here & I'll help you further.

Good luck tushar_bhavs!
