You can get the adapter directly from VTech, or from Amazon, eBay, eToys, Toys R Us - they all have them.

Need a charger for a Kawasaki power wheels 4 wheeler model: new ninja. What kind do i need for a charger 12 volt for this?

I suggest you refer to the instructions for the specification.

The first requirement is fitting the charger socket and the next is having the correct polarity.

The type of battery is important and the required charge rate/time is also important. A lead/acid battery should ideally use a constant voltage charger. Ni-cads and similar should ideally use a constant current charger.

The vehicle might have it's own intelligent charging circuitry and just need a power supply but if this is not so then the more sophisticated the charger you buy, the longer life the batteries will have.

Polarity on charger plug

white is positive and black is negative, you can also verify this by connecting it up to a multimeter if you hook the white wire up to the red lead of the multimeter and the black up to the black lead it should show a positive voltage, but if you hook the white wire up to the black lead and the black wire up to the red lead it should show negative voltage

I have a massey ferguson te20 will not start put a new coil on still wont start and theirs no spark from the new coil tried another new coil still wont start but theirs power going to the coil

put a circuit tester on top of coil and turn the key to see if power is constants when key turned. If it cuts out then the key is wired up wrong somewhere. If that works, then check that power getting to distributor by leaving HT lead from coil attached to coil but unplugging from distributor. If no power there then the HT lead is stuffed. If that works, points should be checked. max gap should just fit a credit card width. Then condenser should be checked along with the HT leads to plugs and finally the plugs.

Purchased brand new your hellicopter model rc8704 ...charger device will not connect? maybe the wrong end piece or needs additional part. retailer does not have replacement.

Hello dmiller,

Is is possible that you are trying to connect the charger to the plug that operates the main motor?

That is what I tried to do initially. What you need to do is to remove the cockpit housing from the frame. This is done by gently pulling the lower rear area of the cockpit straight out and off the posts that you will see on either side. The whole assembly can then be slid forward and over the battery pack which is in the nose, or in the very front of the craft.

At this point you will be able to see those plugs and note that the connector for the battery pack is a female fitting while the plug or connector for the drive motor and the charger are both male fittings.
I reckon that they do this so that one cannot hook the charger directly up to the motor lead which could result in injury if the on\off switch would happen to be in the on position.

I will remove the cockpit every time for charging because it is much easier to get to the plugs. This is also a good time to see the Potentiometer screw (page #8 of manual) that you will use to dial in the trim of your craft.

Have helicopter charged new batteries in control. helicopter not responding. do you plug the cord to charger into empty slot in helicopter. manual not specific

Hello Susan,

What you need to do is to gently pull the cockpit housing off the post at the bottom rear and remove it from the machine. You can now access those connector plugs much easier along with noting where the trim screw is located.

Please note that the battery pack has a female connector while both your charger and the lead to the electric motor have male ends. Those male ends have two small pins within the connector and you need to get them oriented correctly with the round holes within the female connector.

Once you have established this, a dab of finger nail polish on the top side of each connector will make it easier to orient the plugs for charging the battery, or connecting the battery to the motor leads in the future.

Make sure to charge the battery for at least three hours, Do Not Overcharge.

Worldtech skyhawk helicopter 7700-spins in circles and won't lift off.

Mine has 2 female ends. 3 people 1 of which is an engineer have come to the conclusion that they put 2 female ends on and we can't charge. Plus there are no replacement blades as advertised on the box and it needs batteries for the controller even though it states "batteries included"

I have a plug outlet that's powered by a three

Red wire is the live wire, black wire is the dead wire, white wire is the earth wire.
Now its the black and the red wire we are to play with. take a two wire cable, let the wires be red and black in the new cable, connect the red and the black cables of the new cable to the corresponding red and black wires of the old cable i.e. the new cable is to be connected parallel to the old cable(the connections can be made by ripping the old cable from any point) now connect a switch to the other end of the red wire. attach the terminal of the bulb to:
1) the the other terminal of the switch
2) the other end of the black wire

Make sure the power cord is plugged in and that the red/white/yellow cables are plugged properly into the TV. Also, as you plug the red/white/yellow cables into the TV, make sure you turn the TV to the right channel - it is different for every TV. For instance, the red/white/yellow on the front of my Sony is labelled Video 2 - yours might be labelled FRONT, AUX, or something else.
Also, you mentioned SCART. If your TV is in Europe, and the unit you have was designed for the US, the power supply isn't going to power the unit without an additional transformer. Also, the US models might have a native color system that is incompatible with PAL.
Things you can try to get the V.Smile TV Learning System to work:
1) Press the Reset – Press and hold the ON button for about 10 seconds
2) Make sure the game is inserted far enough into the system, and that it is pointing in the right direction. You may occasionally need to clean the contacts.
3) Also, make sure you are using the supplied power cord/adapter, not batteries. Batteries cause more problems than they’re worth.

Battery leads

Can You state exactly what the toy is. Maker, Name, model, pictures, year of manufacture. Details help the research process.
But try this...
If talking about a circuit, look where all the solders are, You can sometimes find a solder point that doesn't have a smooth top it will look like something broke off. Find two of these...To tell the difference when you find them which wire goes where, the solder point that traces back to any capacitor ( a cylindrical component with two leads on its bottom that has a black strip down its side noting which lead is negative.) The black wire can be soldered back to the point that traces back to a negative lead. Then the positive (red) will go to the other one.

If this does not help see if you can upload a good quality pic of both sides of the circuit if possible.
