I have a Pixma ip3000 in use for the last 18months and it has worked perfectly. However it is now not printing and I am receiving a service error message 6A00. It displays one green light pulse followed by an amber pulse and will not print anything. I have uninstalled it and then re-installed it, disconnected the power and reconnected it, but all to no avail. I have tried all the recommended steps I have lost my manual so do not know what the error means and cannot proceed any further Can anyone please help me? Geetee

I have a Pixma ip3000 in use for the last 18-20 months and it has worked perfectly. Few days back a paper got jamed, after taking it out it starting showing this error message 6A00.However it is now not printing and giving fade colours. The black colour is totally gone. I have uninstalled it and then re-installed it, disconnected the power and reconnected it, but all to no avail.
Thanks
