Which OS you are using? If it is xp the CD that you have get with phone will support and it will detect phone. But if your operating system is vista, it wont support you need to download vista supported samsung pc studio and install it. Then only it will detect phone... Hope you will succeed....
According to Samsung, neither the m330 nor any CDMA phone works with PC Studio:
"Samsung does not offer a Data Kit software package
for the purpose of transferring data between the handset and a personal
computer or for using a Sprint handset as a modem for a personal computer." Unfortunately,
PC Studio is not compatible with any CDMA handset." So we're out of luck, unless someone has a hack. Anyone?
Un-install the PCStudio from the PC thru either the Studio's uninstall or thru control panel's Add remove option. Then restart the PC. install PC studio again without connecting the phone. Once that is done connect the phone and go thru the detection process. The process should install all the necessary drivers. When you connect your phone after starting the PCStudio, if it does not connect the phone, then thru the option of connect phone option select the com ports one by one and see where your phonr gets detected and connected.
You need to reinstall Samsung PC Studio because it is not properly installed. Goto ADD/Remove Programs and remove Samsung PC Studio. If you have Windows Vista (PLEASE CLICK HERE) If you have Windows 98/2000/XP (PLEASE CLICK HERE) Download this file. Install it. Restart your computer. And connect your phone now.
