Question about Brother MFC 210C All-In-One InkJet Printer
Brand new printer was fine on original cartridges they ran out and put compatible set ...all colours are fine apart from cyan ...initialy 1st one used was blank in spite of numerous head cleaning ...changed it for another new one , now coming out as green ..other colours from same replacement batch are ok ...satus monitor reads everything is fine ...connection to laptop is ok ..I have deleted software and re installed it ..to no avail ...????

unplug from power. wait 2 minutes. take all carts out. refill to full. plug to power and wait til machine demands carts. insert cart one after another and give answer to display in case there is a message.

Disconnect the printer or at least be sure it is turned off.
I'd do both and reinstall the CD software program that came with
the printer. When the software program asks you to connect the
printer to the USB port, do so and it should again work properly.

SOURCE: DCP 135C won't print in black
This is a generic problem for many printers. Some printers print black by 4 catridges. Try this, or it will be better that you call service support.

The process to get to the print head will take you approx. 1 hour. Without being trained on it, there is a high failure rate upon completion.
The Scanner assembly needs to be taken off. Harness Cables for the Scanner need to be removed.The Upper Case Assembly needs to be taken off. Printhead casing and printhead tubing calbes need to be removed, printhead mainboard needs to be removed, and then you have access to the printhead.
