May be you can try a hard restart of your handset...
Near the usb port on the handset you will find a circular opening. Insert the stylus provided with the phone in the circular opening to restart the mobile...
If restart does not solve your problem then another probable solution might be to use the clear storage option which will bring the phone back to the factory settings...
Else there is always an option of contacting customer care :)
Does it respond to keyboard entry? If not, check to see if the "lock" icon on the screen is in the locked position. It's real easy to accidentially lock the device. If it is, just click on the lock and confirm that you want to unlock.
The next few can be a problem if the screen is not responding, so you'll need to figure out the keyboard equivalent:
You may also want to check the system settings. I believe there is a setting that will enable you to "turn off" the touch screen function.
Finally, try a touchscreen alignment in the system settings.
Tap the screen at target for some moment of time again &
again until align screen don't go. After disappearing this time & date
setting option will come.set these.after that windows installation will be
started. It takes few minute.during installation don't press any key.after this
phone will be started.
A friend had a similar problem, with the touchscreen not responding at all. I read somewhere on the internet that if you press the four corners of the screen very hard with your thumbs it may come back. I tried it...and it worked!
