Question about Samsung D780 Cellular Phone
I connected my phone up via usb cord to the computer so i could transfer music files from the pc to my phone. I started up the samsung pc studio 3 and everything went well...phone is connected etc the problem is...i go to "phone explorer" and "multimedia manager" only to get a pop up note telling me to go to my phone settings and change from "PC Studio mode" to "mass storage mode" but when i go to do that the phone wont let me select "mass storage mode" i can only select "pc studio mode" and "printer mode" but not "storage mode" HELP! please :)
Try this: unconnect the phone, restart it and make the change (the phone being unconnected to the USB). It worked for me...

the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

Tips for a great answer:
Turn on your computer. Connect your Samsung MP3 player to your PC via the USB cord. Power on your Samsung MP3 Player.
Click on "Open folder to view files" when it pops up or click on my computer and select the Samsung "drive."
Transfer music. A folder will appear containing all music files on your Samsung Player. Click and drag any music files from your computer to this folder to add them to your MP3 player.
Wait until the transfer is finished to disconnect your Samsung MP3 Player.
