Motorola V220 wont download picture messages

I've never had a problem getting picture messages before. Being able to receive picture messages is in my plan, but the phone isn't letting me download them. How do I fix this?!

I have the same problem.

you need to do a master reset of the phone
menu/settings/intial setup/master reset
