Question about Insignia NS- 27" TV27 TV
When the tv is first turned on the line is about 6-7" from the top, with everything above it blurry from other lines across screen. After it warms up, the lines start moving twards the top but never off the screen. This started out about 3 weeks ago with the tv barely being a year old.
This is usually caused by bad capacitors in the vertical circuit. If you have an electronics background you should be able to find the defective ones with an ESR tester .
