My juicer worked fine the first time but now when I plug it in it doesn't turn on?

I have the same problem.. the 1000 just doesn't turn on. I notice there's a red reset button on the bottom of the juicer but pressing that does nothing. Is the motor burnt out and if so, what can I do? I bought it used on ebay.

The juicer I purchased appears to have the same problem. I used it for 10 minutes and it worked fine (purchased about 8 months ago or so). Then stored and then sold it, and now the new owners say that nothing happens, no power. I suggested to make sure the parts were put together properly and they did - with no change. They even checked other outlets. Any suggestions will be helpful.
