I have a question about what your prices are for fix it information resolutions. I have not been given a solution, nor did I know what you are charging me for help. Please don't continue to place any charges on my card until such time, as I know what I am purchasing. As your web page failed to state what your charges are for service.

When trying to remove the memory stick this notice appears the device'Generic volume' cannot be stopped right now. try stopping later. what does this mean and how do i fix it


1. this is a message letting you know that the computer is using a file on this drive.
2. You need to release the file in use that is close all programs then eject the flash drive properly using Windows ejection program.

Shattered Screen


Check for the used LCD screens on ebay. There's one there today for $50 plus shipping. Replacement requires a tear down of the top part of the unit. If you are adventuresome, but have never done this, it might take you around 2 hours, or so.
