Look at the flame when the blower starts. Does it change?

If so there may be a hole or crack in the heat exchanger and it may need a replacement or a new heater.

Particularly look at the area and flame associated with the pilot. If this becomes more erratic or lays down more it can be from a draft caused by the blower you may need to block the air and deflect it. Or blow out the pilot burner with compressed air and retry it this usually works especially if it has a lazy pilot flame.

If this helps you please let me know and rate me as high as you can. If not please restate your problem and tell me what you have tried. I will post back asap. Thank you and good luck.

Replace pressure switch. If you blow any air into the pressure switch it has been damaged, check air ports for debris by looking never ,never blow on air switch they work on a very small pressure or vaccum, where your breath is to much pressure and also loaded with unwanted humidity.

You probally hear the fan at start up. If the heater won't fire the unit will shut down. This is probally an ignition problem or something in the safty circut. If you have your book on this it should have a trouble shooters guide. If your not comfortable with a box full of fire you may want to get a service person out.

Fire stoppes and fan still runs

1st take a air gun and blow in the fan to clear of debris. 2nd make sure to push your reset button on the back by your fan. Last you can calibrate your flame/heat by removing the fan housing & you will find 2 set screws try a small 1/16 turn on them and try to run, should run better for you.

Heater/fan issues

There is a safety switch which will shut the heater element off if the fan doesn't run. If the fan doesn't circulate air, the element would overheat and could possibly start a fire, so the switch will shut the element down. I'm not familiar with this heater, but I would check to make sure the fan is operating and also check for any filters that may be plugged and restricting air flow. If anything interferes with the air passing through the heater, the overheat switch will shut down the element. That's the best I can do from here. Good luck.
