I am a seamstress so I have to leave my iron on all the time. Therefore; every iron I used would be die within a month. they all are leaking. Is there any iron for me? And how can I keep the iron last longer. Thank you  May

Helloe, I am the proud owner of a Rowenta Professional Iron. However, my iron leaks while the dial is set on high or low. It will continue to leak until my water chamber is empty and/or dry. What can I do to resolve this problem. Great iron otherwise...

If not in use, be sure that the Fabric Select Dial and Steam Lever are both set to O/Off. Otherwise, the steam valve will remain open, allowing water to enter the steam chamber. The water will not be turned into steam without the iron being turned on, and the soleplate will flood, causing leakage.
If the temperature setting is set for a low temperature, such as Synthetic, and the Steam Lever is set for high steam, the iron may leak due to the temperature not being high enough to generate steam for the selected steam setting.

Call Hamilton Beach Support, give them the model and serial number. If the iron is not too old they will replace it. This iron sells for $15.00 at Amazon etc..
It's not worth fixing. HB did not replace mine because it was more than 4 years old. The leaking is a common problem, what can you expect for $20.00 or less???

Problems described due most likely to lack of familiarity with a new product.
Solution: read instructions carefully.

Most leakages of genuine concern likely to be due to advanced age or long use & the seals deterioration.
I do not know how long these irons typically last, but suggest anything over three years in ordinary domestic single family use, & you can expect some form of failure around the corner.
Dismantling, repair, & spare parts availability is something I cannot advise on, that's why I am here.
