Small "ghost image" in centre on monitor

A small text box has appeared apparently permanently in my monitor. It wasn't there, and now it is. I have tried changing my background, and unpluging the power cord. Neither works. The monitor is less than two years old.
Please help.

What does the text box say? Is the menu coming on all the time?
Please also confirm which make and model of monitor.
Normally BenQ has a 3 year warranty.
