i hear during calls but other cant here me...its an ebay purchased cingular blackberry 8700c...not muted

if the mic is not muted:
clean out the microphone port with a pin if it's dirty or clogged. it's located near the ALT key towards the bottom left side generally. if it still doesn't work, the mic is defective.
you might still be able to use the phone though either with an earpiece with a jack (plug is located on the left side of the phone) or bluetooth.
