IT MAY BE- IF YOU CAN OPEN IT THEN SEE WEATHER THE COMNNECTION CABELS TO DISPLAY ARE PROPER.IF THEY ARE THEN THE PROBLEM LIES WITH THE POWER SUPPLY TO DISPLAY.
