You have to go into your BIOS and select booting from Disk not hard drive when i say disk i mean either the cdrom or dvd disk players attached to your motherboard. also you can get a boot disk to try that at the link below.
If u know your multimedia device name & manufacturer name &brand name. U just open your my computer window, right button click the blank space, after properties, hardware, device manager open & u found your multimedia option symbol is ( ! ) type. Select right button & update the driver on the net. Or, u open your Google web site & write the multimedia device name (Enter). After u found your device driver details.
go to the manufacturers website and DONLOAD IT. ALL printer manufaturers have the drivers on their websites- just put in the model # and DOWNLOAD it...
