My defy top loader washing machine just overflow, the water enters without the machine been switched on and water does not stop entering even if I spin it

Could be a faulty fill valve. The inlet water pressure may be too high, making it necessary to turn off the water supply between wash sessions.

What is the problem of the washnine the water comes out from inletvalve thus not stop even he reach water level?

If the water continues to fill the tub above the requested unplug the machine and see if the water continues to enter the machine. If it does than the inlet water solenoid has failed and needs to be replaced.

My LG TROMM Hot water continually fills even after machine is turned off and unplugged. I have to shut off water supply to stop it.

Unplug the washer removing all electrical power from the machine. Turn the water back on and confirm that water is still entering the machine.

If the condition is true no power to washer and water enters machine it is very likely that the fill solenoid has failed.

this part is not that difficult to replace.

Hi, The cold water is entering the machine very

Did you clean the filter? There is a filter in the inlet, a little filter that can be removed with a pair of pliers. Rinse it out and put filter back in its place. I think it would not even matter if you leave the filter out. Hot water filter is not blocked because it is not used as often as the cold water one. Clean both! I noticed a big drop in water flow if filter is dirty.

My washing machine is leaking water even with the water shut off and the amchine not running. Is this a drain pipe problem or a oump proplem or another problem?

Hello there
whaen awashing machine does not stop putting water into a machine even after it has stopped then this means that the water fill valve needs to be replaced or repaired this valve has 2 small solinoid valves on it one for hot and one for cold and over time they will start to fail and the result is water entering the machine even after it is off looks like this b9e1869.jpg

Water entering the machine and not stopping

Hi, check water solenoid valve again, or give it a little tap, sometimes they get stuck, when you remove plug, if you had a timer problem, water would stop, your water solenoid valve have to be faulty, if you purchase it, you should return it. if it were a used one it's defected. the only other thing is if you have high water pressure in your house/building, probably that could force it open, but most unlikely, you should check, but first check water solenoid valve, it could be a mechanical fault, inside of water solenoid valve, you can remove water solenoid valve, put it apart and make visual check of plunger and all other parts inside of valve, if same problem continues, replace water solenoid valve. let me know, if your problem continues. Good luck.

GE SpaceMaker washing machine does not stop filling.

try replacing your water selenoid coming in. remember it isnt a mechanical timer it is a computerized timer, so if the selenoid isnt the problem, it might be the computerized timer. computers are very finicky, pain in the a- -!
