I'm using the Pingtel instant xpressa and attempting to connect to SIP Studio via a VPN connection to my corporate LAN, but it's not working, can anyone help?

The Pingtel instant xpressa doesn't support tunneling through a VPN connection. You'll have to use another softphone such as the eStara Softphone.
