If you cant remove the virus you have got, its often because your drive has been infected to a degree where qiping it for virus's is futile.
If thats the case, format your drive by booting your pc up with a windows install dvd in the drive, selecting the option to format C-drive before installing new operating system on the unit.

Most likely you Boot-section of your harddrive has been infected and therefore, everytime you boot your pc the virus loads as the first thing during start up of windows and drivers and so forth.

Hi my name samba i was help buy a friend to spend some day in his house but been on his pc by his permition,i was on some site and the pc get virus and badly sopme write on the all screen and feel very bad...

A virus can make life very difficult and confuse the heck out of you. What I recommend is to download the free version of Malwarebytes first here;
Click on "download free version" and allow to run. Click on "next , "allow", "continue", etc., until finished. You will either be prompted to restart or, it will run a quick scan right away. If it does not run the free scan immediately then restart. When the system comes back up, it will either then perform the quick scan or, click on your "Malwarebytes" icon and, in the screen that appears, click on and run "quick scan" When finished it will ask to make necessary repairs, allow this. Later you will want to run the full scan but we will get to that.
You can download a free version of software here;
Scroll down to Free anti virus "green" download box and click on it. Click , next, allow, continue, etc., until download is finished. You will then be instructed to restart or run a scan. Follow recommended proceedures. When all is doine, you will want to adjust your settings to suit your needs, such as: daily scan, weekly scan, etc. I recommend a daily scan scheduled to run at a time when you are away from computer.
OK. At your earliest convienience, I would double click on the Malwarebytes icon and run a full scan. This will take a few hours but, is necessary. at the end let it make necessary repairs.

I had Norton Internet Security 2009 installed in my computer in August, 2009, and I am getting pop ups that my subscription is running out in 4 days.

Did you purchase the Norton Internet Security? If yes, then you need to verify with Symantec (Developer of Norton) if their program is a one-time purchase only or needs to get renewed every month or two.

Or there could be a possibility that you just need a new product code. Ask them if they could provide you one for free. Check the link below and you would be redirected to the Norton Web site:

Have a good day!

I have macafee and spydoctor instaled on pc. Only spydoctor detects backdoor agent aju trojan which it says it removes but then I do another scan and it is there again

I'm sorry to say that I had the same problem. I'm not so sure that they made the trojan. I have had great success with Norton Internet Security. One way you can probably solve this is to make sure you are off the internet. Uninstall both programs as they are both locked into your registry. Reinstall them then do your scan. You have to decide which one you want to use. It's not good to use two scanners. One will grab information and keep it in it's files, than the other one will mirror off that file. Macafee slows your system up, try this go to their respective sites after you reinstall them and do your scan and removal and check for updates. Hope this helps. Let me know.

Win web security

Go here and download the Malware Byttes Anti-Malware Trial Application. That removes all of those Fake Virus Alerts. Just make sure you delete all system restore points aswell when the malware is removed, as otherwise it will just creep back in on the system.

Trend Micro PC-cillin Internet Security 14 loading but never loaded

I had a similar problem and this worked for me
with Trend Micros Internet Security.

You will have to uninstall the program first then reinstall it, otherwise it
will hang and cause problems with your computer.

In order to uninstall it do these steps.
Go to Control Panel > Administrative Tools > System Configuation.
Makes sure you select Selective Startup, and that Load Startup Items is unchecked.
Click OK, and you should be prompted to reboot.

After you reboot and the system is loaded your Virus Software icon will NOT
be in the taskbar trying to load.

Now go into control panel > Programs and Features.
Find the virus program, hightlight and select the uninstall option.
After its done doing that go back into the Control Panel >
Administrative Tools > System Configuration. Select Normal Startup
and hit the OK button.

Reboot again when you see the button prompt.
Now, after the system comes up, reinstall your virus software,

You should be good to go from there.
The process is for Vista, but if your running Windows XP it is very similar.
