Question about Oster 5838 ExpressBake Bread Maker
I have baked 7 loaves of whole wheat bread. The first loaf was 100% whole wheat and did not cave in. Loaves 2 - 7 were 1/3 whole wheat, 2/3 unbleached white flour. All of these caved in. I used the "whole wheat" setting. Last loaf #7 I tried 1 tsp. less flour and a tiny bit more salt and yeast. I am using "quick rise" yeast (it is fresh). This did not help at all.
I am having the same problem, I have made 3 loaves of white, they all did not turn out, and I played with the recipe a bit to solve it, but I keep getting the same result!
