My printer could not print out the Black words even though the Black Ink is full. How could i solve this problem ?

The problem is that the printhead of your printer or your cartridge is too clogged, try to open it up. If this does not manage to make it work, change the cartridge orprinthead

Printer is printing the black color as light grey. Toner is already exchanged.

When you print something from a website and the print box comes up, click on preferences tab, and when it comes up click on color . Then click on print in grayscale and change the setting from High Quality to Black ink only, click apply at the bottom, then OK. It should print in black ink.

Black ink not working

Print out a test print to see what comes out. If the printer is printing the black and colour blocks then the printer should be OK. If not then check the black and colour inks to make sure they are OK and remove each of the cartridges and reinstall them. Then run a full cleaning cycle and reprint the test sheet. Keep doing this until all the inks are printing OK. Then run an alignment test making sure that there is plain white paper in the paper tray and adjust the printer as necessary.

Printer wont print out in colour The inks are full. The black ink works but not the colour inks, Epson stylus C84

Epson Requires Original Epson Ink.
Colors will not come out as they should, and then the words will print out only either top or bottom.
Good Luck....

I'm out of blank ink. Can I print document with colored ink only? How?

If you want to print text & documents with a colour other than black then for MS Word and many other applications:
  1. Highlight the whole document by either pressing [Ctrl A] or use the mouse to highlight everything by right clicking 3 times rapidly or pressing the left mouse button down at the start of the document then scrolling to the end of the document while holding the button down and then releasing at the end of the document.
  2. Then go to the FORMAT tab and selecting FONT from the drop down list.
  3. Then select the colour you with to use from the FONT COLOUR box drop down list. Just be sure to choose a readable colour and not choose automatic or pure black.
  4. Once this is done you can print.
Note that images that use black will still print but will look strange without the pure black content but muckhof what appears to be black acually isn't and is a combination of the 3 / 5 or 6 other colours inthe printer so may print normally.

Installed new black ink cartridge per instructions. HP #56 - machine type hp psc 2210 all-in-one. Machine instructed how to run cartridge alignmet check. In all modes machine runs about one half check and...

to complete the alignment it needs to detect the lines printed from both the black and colour cartridges.maybe ur black cartridge is printing the necessary pattern but the colour is not printing so when it tries to read the colour paattern ,it cant read and cancels the alignment and ejects the paper out..it will keep on doing this if it cannot read the both colour and black patterns.see to it that both ur cartridges are printing and working properly.

Light blue lines keep printing behind my black printing areas on word documents

this means the black ink is running low and the printer is tryin to resolve this issue with bringing colour to take half of the black ink cartidges process, this just saves on ink, its usually called ecconomical mode, you can turn off this feature. or alternatively this may be cause by low ink in general, try replacing the ink cartridge.

hope this helps.
