I have Uniden ANA9610 - My phone acts like it doesn't have any power. It reads low battery, when I can get the display to work and beeps low battery. I checked the battery voltage and it read 3.38 volts. Is that voltage adequate to operate the phone?

The minimum battery voltage is 3.9. Based on your description of problems, we recommend you contact the Uniden Parts Department, and order a new battery.
