UP-360 Doesn't "talk" to QT-8000

We just purchased a new Casio QT-8000 bundle and the UP-360 printer and cash drawer is not recognized by the Microsoft POS 2.0 application. The device appears in the list for the register in the "settings" for POS, but when starting with that device, it does not recognize it.

I have the same problem.

Suggest a new solution for this problem
