The most obvious thing here is that the heater element and or stat(s) are not working.
You need to access the heater and stat(s) and test with a meter for continuity.
Plz rate this solution.
Thanks.

Blowing cold air

This model dryer has two heating elements, one for the top and one for the bottom, I suspect that the bottom element is burned out. If you want to attempt it yourself then I can send you a service manual that will walk you step by step through the whole dryer.

Dryer will not blow hot or cold air

what's the brand name and model number?i don't understand what you mean it won't blow hot or cold air?if you have the vent line off of the back and the dryer is running and you don't feel any air blowing out you could have a bad blower wheel,if you write back let me know if it's running and what it's doing.thanks

No heat, only cold air

if it is still pluged in and running and you only get cold air check your vent hose it may be blocked by lint or you can put the vent off the back and see if you get hot air then if so the vent is cloged with lint if it is still not blowing hot air then you may have a thermostat open this takes a little more checking you have to take the back off the dryer to check the stats try the vent first white

There is only cold air in my kenmore elect dryer

The motor runs on 120VAC. The heating element requires 208/240VAC. Cycle the dryer circuit breaker. Other than a simple issue like that, the problem could be a bad heating element, thermostat, high limit control, thermal fuse, motor centrifugal switch, timer or electronic control. It can also be a wiring issue.
