Screen not working

I am sorry to hear that the new sidekick 3 is not working for your son.

Is the screen white, blank, or just hard to see?

If white, then the flex cable needs to be reseated.

How to fix a blank white Screen on a Sidekick

If dark blank, then reseat the lcd assy itself and see if it works

Reseat the Sidekick 3 LCD Screen

If hard to see the screen, then the backlight is dead. A new screen is needed for that.

Replace the Sidekick 3 LCD Screen
