Hi, tried to check the specs of your laptop P4/P111 anyway there was no mention of a wireless built into your laptop so if you want to use it wirelessly then purchase a wireless pc card if your laptop has a pcmcia port in it .If not then buy a usb wireless adapter,either one will work.Hope you have a wireless router installed in your house.
You can open the cover on the bottom middle back and add a wireless card .... however....if you dont have the oringanal install on the laptop the Fn f8 key that turns the WiFi on and off will not work. thats how i ended up here i cant find the driver if someone can cool .. hook it up
Of course you can even your not the techie type of guy. you can check the toshiba website support.toshiba.com and look for preferences or the issue that my answer for your query. i hope this will help you.
