Question about Samsung YP-T10 Digital Media Player
I tried holding down the button resetting it and everything but the power button refuses to work
Not as simple a solution as the other solution. I was going to click "I have the same problem" after spending hours cruising around.
As I started to type, I knocked the T10 (which had turned itself on by itself minutes before) onto the hardwood floor. It immediately went off. It has stayed off.
I turned it on, listened to a song and shut it off and it has not come back on.
I noted that the switch seems to "feel" different. It was kind of slithery before, very soft, whether going up to lock or down to go on or off. It now feels more crisp to me.
I wonder if the issue can just be a less than acceptable switch?

All you have to do is go to setting, then go to system and then go to auto power off. it is probably selected on "always on" thats y u cant turn it off change it and it shud b fine!
