Question about Jwin MP3 Player
It says in instructions once i have plugged the usb lead into comp from mp3 player, the mp3 player will automatically connect to pc.it says the bratz mp3 player will appear as''usb storage device'' under 'my computer' folder, which it hasnt, please help!!!!!!
When plugging a USB removable device/storage, you should see an icon named "Safely Remove Hardware" in the system tray (right side of the task bar, near the clock). Left click on it, and you should see a list of removable hardware.
If you can not see the device there, then there is problems with your MP3 player, perhaps the battery is too weak; if this is the case, just leave it a few minutes until the device charged and initializes and recognized by the computer.
If you can see the device, but no drive letter assigned to it, then there is problem assigning drive letter to it.
You can re-arrange the drive letter assignment by entering Computer Management console: right-click on My Computer, then click on Manage.
Choose Disk Management, and assign a drive letter to your device.
