By clean out, do you want to reformat and install your OS from scratch?
Yes, you can do that, but I would try to clean out you rpc first.

Go to ccleaner.com, download and run this to help clean out your pc and registry.

    OS is Operating system.

Do you have all the install cd's or a recovery disk for your system?
If you do, then basically you boot to the install cd and follow the instructions to reformat and load a new copy of the Operating System on your pc.

    To boot to CD:

    • put your install cd in the disk drive

    • reboot

    • when you see a message to press any key to boot to cd, press any key or the key that is mentioned.
It will then walk you through the install process.

** be sure to have all the software and license keys ready as you will have to reinstall all of your programs. A full reinstall is usually the last attempt to solve issues as it is a big undertaking and does require a reinstall of all programs and settings

When try to sign in it says cookies won.t allow it i neeed access to my email what do i do cookies seem to be preventing me from logging on to get to my email

I assume you are using Internet Explorer as your browser. Open the Control Panel > Internet Options > General > and below the general tab, locate "browsing history", select "delete browsing history on exit", click "Delete" > "Apply" > "Ok" (you have to do this while the internet explorer is closed, otherwise all the cookies and temporary files will be unable to delete).

Now open the internet explorer and access the site again. Hope it's gone now and you can access your mails.

If in case the problem persists, you need to use a system cleaner, (click here to download a cleaner-freeware) or run the disk clean-up wizard, open "My Computer" right-click C: > "Properties" > "Disk Cleanup" > on the disk cleanup wizard dialog box options, select the applicable location/programs including Temporary internet files and Temporary files, click "Ok".

[If you are using another browser like Mozilla firefox, googlechrome, etc..etc.. it's best and easiest to run the program mentioned above, but always run the program while the browser is closed]

That'll definitely fix your problem.

Good luck.

Thanks for using FixYa.
