If your PC has a recovery partition: Turn it off. Before Windows logo appears (after it turns on) keeps pressing F8. Then you should see Do a system restore? Keep pressing F8. Then follow what your computer will give you.
If you have a DVD/CD drive and a recovery (reinstall too) disk: Insert it in. Turn off your PC. Turn it on again. Then keep pressing F12 or F8 (any works). After that you should see a boot-menu. Select the option which says to boot from the CD/DVD drive. Then follow the instructions.
Pls check that the your system is working or hang on the blank screen .For system check pls press the Num lock button on your keyboard its on/off or not.If your keyboard Num lock button is on/off then Problem with your Monitor might be might be EHT is faulty its better call vendor for repair.If system hanged on blank screen then problem with your RAM OR Hard disk or Operating system.
