You can get a manual for any bike or scooter at http://www.tradebit.com/mytradebit/
First thing with your bike is how old is the gas in it? Ethanol fuel is prone to clogging up carburetors. Go to an autoparts store and get a can of carb cleaner.Suggest you remove carb by unscrewing the the top and pulling out the slide and then on the bottom of the carb remove float bowl, clean it out. You'll notice 2 brass fittings on the bottom of the carb. One is the main jet and one is the pilot jet. Remove them one at a time and shoot carb cleaner into them and make sure you can see daylight thru then reinstall on the carb. Re-assemble the carb and see if this helps.
