Question about Inter-Tel Axxess Corded Phone

1 Answer

Selecting a custom recording.

I am trying to select a custom recording and apply it to the night ring mode. What I am doing is dialing in, selecting "9" then "4" as instructed in my manual. Then I enter the application extension number, then I am selecting 2 for a night recording. I have a custom recording already saved, so I am selecting that # to apply that as my night recording. Then I press pound to accept that recording. I then swith my phone into night ring mode, and I call in to check to see if the message is saved, and it is my "default" message, which is also a custom recording. So pretty much it is not saving when I try to change the night ring message, and I have been unable to figure out what I am doing wrong that it wouldn't save. I tried multiple times, and even had someone in my office look at it but it is still just not accepting the changes.

I was told that the day and night settings in the local applications must be the same. It is in your night call routing table that you need to place the extension in order for the system to know which recording to play when. Then, your system will play the application when it is set in night mode. Hint: When you place the extension in the call routing tables make sure the extension is placed ABOVE the +ALL CALLS line, if applicable, and your ring-in-destination is set to your appropriate application recording. I hope this helps.

My samsung ES90 didnot flash night and day

With the round dial on the back of the camera, you can select different things. One is the flash. Press on the left side t chose the flash mode with flash on. If you used that button once, for selecting class of, I'm not sure the default value will come back after you switched of and on the camera.
It also could be you did select a certain shooting mode. Some modes, don't use flash, unless you selected it.

Panasonic KX T7433 - I need to change the night mode message howevern when I select intercom 165 or intercom greeting and change the message I am unable to select the new message as the new night mode...

It's only that simple if you have a guide to what Custom Service or greeting plays now. When the system moves from Day to Night mode, the installer assigns a menu that plays. You can change it if you know which one. If you don't get the right one, there would be 98 other custom service and 31 other Company messages that you could record to and they'll never play.

How to increase brightness in Canon Powersot A620 ?

Are you asking about brightness as viewed on the LCD, or are you asking about increasing brightness on the actual image taken? If it's the image, there are two special modes that you can select on your mode dial. They are "Night Scene", "Night Snaphot", and "Indoor". A description of both, along with your camera's other special settings, may be found here:

http://www.canon.co.jp/imaging/mode/camera/scene-e.html

"Night Scene" can be selected directly from the dial. It's the one showing a person standing under a star. Note that Night Scene should be used with a tripod to reduce the potential for blurriness.

"Night Snapshot" works almost as well, but does not require a tripod. It can be accessed by selecting SCN on the dial, and then pressing right or left with the selection buttons until it shows in the menu. The camera will remember this setting the next time you select SCN. I usually keep my camera always set to this setting so that I merely have to select SCN to use it.

"Indoor" works very well in those large rooms that may produce dark backgrounds when taking photos. It also does not require a tripod. It's accessed the same way as "Night Snapshot" (Select SCN, then right/left until selected). This is another good setting that I like to keep sometimes set in SCN.

Try all three settings, (and don't forget all the others too). Think you'll be impressed.

Make your own ringtone

hold down the right smartkey on the right side of the phone) and start recording, when you let go of the key, you'll have options, one of which will be "apply as ringtone".

You might try going into your sounds menu and see if the voice record you had is still in there, then selecting 'apply as ringtone' from the options.

IstD problem selecting recorded pixels and RAW/Tiff/jpg

I'm not sure what could cause this, in fact I don't even own the D but..... Approcahing this from a Network Analyst's poiunt of view, it's either hardware or software. The fact that all other modes are OK would indicate that the hardware may be ok. Assuming that it's a software glitch have you tried installing the latest firmware ? It may be worth a try if your problem is a result of some corruption your exisiting fw. It'll cost you nothing to try it anyway.
