I'm not sure if this is still an issue for the original poster, but as this is one of the top Google results when searching for 'Pioneer CD-BTB200 Treo Pro," I thought I'd post the solution I've found:

JETware Hands-free Extension: http://www.jetwaremobile.com/index.htm

I'm not sure how it works or even what the original issue is, and I really don't care. This fixes the problem. Sadly, it costs $15 (as of July 19, 2009.) I'm quickly learning that Windows Mobile requires quite a bit of 3rd party software (often overpriced) to work correctly and efficiently.

Could not connect TREO PRO to CD-BTB200 Too, installed the JETware program and everything works flawlessly. Thanx a lot cb012687 for this precious link because a lot of people are having problems to connect to the CD-BTB200 with windows mobile 6.1.

PALM sevice tech told me it was an hardware issue and that it was IMPOSSIBLE to make this work... Glad i didn't buy a 550$ phone for nothing!

Can's install SW on Treo 755p error "unable to locate users.dat"

users.dat is created in your named profile directory on the drive in the Palm folder. If it is missing, your computer can't sync properly to the device. Do a backup of your device using the palm desktop, this should recreate the file in your profile folder on the machine.

Contact Alltell or Sprint. Here is a web page I found that shows you what phones work with what companies. It has a palm Treo Pro listed so it would seem that your phone would still work with the above companies. Good Luck.

Unable to hotsync treo 600 with my computer

What is happening with the Sync? Does your PC and the Palm Desktop Manager recognize your TREO 600? If not, the issue may be that somehow the driver for your device was removed. I would suggest upgrading to the latest version of the Palm Desktop Manager and try plugging in your TREO 600 again and try synching.

Here is the location for the free software from Palm. http://www.palm.com/us/software/palmsoftware.html

You also have to make sure that the setting on the Palm Desktop Manager is the same as the type of cable you are using. If it is a USB cable, have that setting on your PC's Palm Desktop Manager Hotsync settings.

Can you change from Palm to Outlook on your Treo 600

Simplest method for 'switchers': Assume that your Treo 600 has the data you need (it does but you are focusing on your Palm Desktop in your question). Install the Palm Desktop software again using the CD but this time, choose the option to synchronize with Outlook during the installation process. This will switch the synchronization to Treo <-> Outlook instalead of Treo<->Palm Desktop. Assuming your Treo is recently synched with Palm Desktop, this will merge the data you have in the Treo with that of your Outlook profile.
