I have an intermitten screen display on my hitachi 60ex38b rear projection t.v.Can be triggered by switching to on/off states. I was to it could be high voltage amp but I have no schematic. I would like to have one. Anyone have a web site for repair manual thats cheap?
On older Hitachis the most common jumpy picture is loose connections on the vertical output IC. If you can tap on the main board and get it to act up then this is most likely the situation. I believe the location is IC401 and is located toward the front of the set on the signal panel. Not too tough to repair if thats all it is.
